Whiskey A-Go-Go

20-year-old Pappy Van Winkle is the best bourbon I've ever tasted. My brother, Mike, brought us a bottle about 2 years ago. We sipped and sipped, and eventually it was gone. I'm not particularly good at describing bourbons, except to say that it's god-damned tasty.

Pappy's one of just a few wheated bourbons in production (others include Maker's Mark and the Weller line). Unfortunately, a bunch of other whiskey-lovers have gotten the same notion and have driven up the price.

I haven't had the 23-year-old Pappy yet, and I don't know if I ever will:

Price:
15 Year; $48
20 Year; $90
23 Year; $200

Good lord.
